Software Engineer (Windows, C#, .NET) – Fredericksburg, VA Immersive Media Tactical Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team developing advanced software solutions to catalog, post process, and deliver digital mapping\video over the web. The candidate will participate in all phases of the software development cycle: from product definition and design through implementation, debugging, and testing. You will work collaboratively with other engineers and must be willing to take on any technical tasks that contribute to the goals of the team and the company. The ideal candidate must be self-directed, well organized and can communicate clearly and effectively with other developers and customers. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of software development experience. Strong C#, C++, or C and object oriented design skills. Strong knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET. Strong Flash development skills. Significant development for Web and Windows platform experience. Experience in database design and SQL. Strong multi-threaded programming experience. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills. Proven track record of high quality product delivery. Ability to develop prototypes quickly. Prior military experience is a definite plus. Past experience in shipping commercial software products is a strong plus.
